Tucson Velodrome
The Tucson Velodrome, backed by the J. David Lowell Foundation, opened near Musselman Honda Circuit in November 2025. The 250-meter track is the world’s first with an aluminum surface, built to hold up against Tucson’s desert heat. It’s also the only velodrome in Arizona, giving local cyclists a dedicated place to train and race.

Peck Canyon Rehab
Medical assistance for those suffering from substance abuse is another major pillar of the J. David Lowell Foundation. The foundation is proud to announce the opening of Peck Canyon Rehab in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. This facility will operate as a residential recovery program and will open its doors on October 15th, 2024.
