Tucson Velodrome

Facilitating the planning, permitting, construction and financial support of the Velodrome.

The project was submitted to Pima County for permit and approval in May, and the principals at Tucson Velodrome, Inc. expect approval from Pima County at any time.

The engineering firms WLB Engineering and M3 Engineering have completed the construction documents and submitted them.

Tucson Velodrome Inc. expects construction to start with Caterpillar moving dirt in September and a targeted Tucson Velodrome opening in February 2025.

The location is well-suited, with more than 20 new restaurants and hotels in the area, including a Home Depot, a Walmart Supercenter, and other retail establishments.

Engineering plans for the Tucson Velodrome were submitted to Pima County for approval in May 2024 and we expect approval at any time. WLB Engineering and M3 Engineering have worked with the foundation to plan and develop this major undertaking. Construction is expected to begin Winter 2024 and open to the public Summer 2025.
